Q: How are the products made?

A: AHF Body Chemistry products are hand-made with love and care with all natural and organic ingredients. By natural we mean grown in nature without added harmful ingredients.. By organic we mean that our ingredients are not grown using harmful pesticides and fertilizers. Our products do not contain parabans, chemical preservatives or sodium laureth sulfate.

Q: Can I return my order?

A: We are committed to providing the highest quality products. If you are not satisfied with our product please contact us. We will initiate an exchange or refund for all unopened items. Please note that all exchanges or refunds must be made within 10 days of receipt and that we cannot cover the shipping cost for the return nor refund the initial shipping cost.  

Q: How quickly will my order ship?

A: An email confirmation will be sent as soon as your order is placed. Orders are typically processed within 24 hrs. after an order is confirmed. However, an order can take 1-3 business days to be processed. Once an order has been processed, an email notification will alert you that your order has been shipped. From this point your chosen shipping method will determine how long it will take for your order to arrive.
